“The new machine is the answer to increase demand of quick deliveries and short set up times” states Mr. Sabbahg, general manager and owner of Malek Factory. “In fact Master M5 is the best solution for label’s production and unlimited packaging with digital printing quality”.

“We selected Master M5 because it seems to us the best choice with regard to the current label market and our strategy. We expect that the new machine is able to increase the capacity, add value to product and satisfy our customer demands.” continues Mr. Sabbagh.

To accomplish this job Malek Factory choose the new Gidue machine because is very easy to set up (inks, anilox, print cylinders, ect..) and it is suitable from a minimum job to arrive a large job. As a matter of fact, the Master M5 with the special geometry of the Flower head prevents the mechanical wear from influencing the printing quality, the print cylinder is held without guides and all tolerances are recuperated. Also the  new “open rail” technology allows easy access to the upper web converting accessories and with the “short and suspended” web path to provide a comfortable access to the press  it is going to be easy to use by operators.

The Malek family appreciated the good GIDUE support during their investment decision and during installation for the qualified team.
